The Mindbender is an incredibly unusual instrument, and it is up to you if you decide to dive in.

You may be confused about how to play it if you don’t explore the videos and materials available to you. We are friendly helpful folks and can help problem solve any issues and do guanrantee repairs on any defects or failure due to manufacturing for one year, and free tech support for the unforseeable future. We only provide refunds for returned Mindbenders due to arriving damaged. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery for instructions and it must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We typically do not offer refunds on any of these items unless they arrived damaged. We do offer exchanges for other sizes or products with store credit in most circumstances. You must contact us within one week from delivery for orders under $200 USD, or within 3 days for orders over that amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an expected refund yet, first check with your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
